The Plant came into production in the month of October. It had the capacity to recycle 100 tons of used oil with clay treatment technology and 60 tons of diesel distillation

The Plant’s construction consisted of:

1) a shed of 66 m X 18 m X 12 m for putting up the two industrial units for used oil recycling and contaminated light oil recycling separately, with a capacity to recycle 100 tons of used oil and 70 tons of light oil respectively

2) a shed of 66 m X 20 m X 4.5 m for the storage of clay (which is one of the raw materials) and a workshop/storeroom. The workshop is equipped to do all in-house maintenance work and the storeroom maintains all spare parts for the Plant

The Company started production of used engine oil recycling on 15th May.

It took up an additional land of 1300 m2 on rent for a lease of 10 years for putting up storage tanks and has increased its storage capacity from 3,100 metric tons to 6,000 metric tons of raw materials and finished products.

In October, the Company changed the clay polishing & filter press section into solvent stripping & solvent recovery section.

They achieved a turnover of 47 million for the year end on 31st December,2018
